The finesse-rich Cabirol cuvée combines the indigenous Sardinian grape variety Cagnulari with the powerful Cabernet Sauvignon, bringing together the best of both worlds in one wine. In the glass, Cabirol is a vibrant, bright red that radiates depth and freshness. The multi-layered bouquet seduces with spicy notes, including hints of yellow bell pepper, dark marmalade and a hint of Mediterranean herbs, which give the wine a characterful and aromatic presence.
On the palate, the Cabirol is full-bodied, juicy and structured, with present but finely integrated tannins that give it backbone and elegance without dominating. The combination of grape varieties ensures depth, length and drinking pleasure at the same time. This balance of flavors makes the wine a versatile food companion - ideal with grilled meat, pasta with a strong sauce or mature cheese.
