  Akènta Sub is an exceptional sparkling wine that is matured in an equally exceptional way: A strictly limited selection of bottles matures at a depth of around 40 meters in the sea of Alghero, off the coast of Sardinia in the protected natural park of Porto Conte. This special ageing process lasts between six and ten months and gives Akènta Sub its remarkable elegance and depth of character. In the darkness, silence and constant temperature of the sea, the wine develops in a unique way. When it is finally brought back to the surface and meets oxygen in the glass, it develops a fine, long-lasting perlage and an aromatic intensity that reflects its journey through the sea.

Each bottle is unique, marked by the sea, with natural traces of salt, shells or algae - a true work of art of nature.
