The South Tyrolean Sauvignon St. Valentin was created back in 1989 as the most famous wine of the St. Michael-Eppan winery. For over 30 years, the grapes of this noble Sauvignon have been ripening in selected plots on the slopes of the Mendel Mountains. The result is a complex wine of the highest quality, which impresses with seductive fruity notes, an incomparable minerality and a remarkably long finish.
