Already in 1989 the most famous wine of the winery St. Michael-Eppan is born. For over 30 years, the Sauvignon Sanct Valentin has been maturing in selected plots on the slopes of the Mendel Mountains. The result: a complex wine of the highest quality. Gerardo's Notes: In 1989, the course was first set for what is probably the most famous white wine of the winery St. Michael-Eppan. For over 30 years, the Sauvignon - Sanct Valentin has found first-class conditions in the carefully selected single vineyards at the foot of the Mendelstock to produce a great top wine with captivating fruit, excellent minerality and persistence. Today, this noble drop is not only the pride of the house and the most important wine of the Sanct Valentin line, but also one of the most awarded white wines in Italy.
