Gerardo's Notes: The grape variety Lagrein comes from South Tyrol and is mainly cultivated there. The special feature: It is used to make both red and rosèwines. The history of the cultivation of this variety in South Tyrol dates back to the 14th century. Today it is one of the best South Tyrolean red wines. This red wine has a deep dark red color with a strong body and beautiful spiciness. In short, a red wine with class, unique in its kind and found only in South Tyrol.
