Sole Uve Umbria Grechetto IGT 2016

Le Velette's Grechetto is the exact opposite of a quick consumption wine: 'Sole Uve' is prepared from late-harvested and partially dried Grechetto grapes and ages in the bottle for at least one year. A golden yellow, bouquet and aroma rich white wine with hints of candied fruit, dried fruit and hay flowers. The palate is dry and subtly mineral, of measured acidity. - Gerardo

Gerardo's Notes: 'The name of the wine 'Sole-Uve' is a semi-serious game and reads almost like a list of ingredients. Grechetto is one of the oldest grape varieties in Umbria and produces wines of intense golden color and rich and full aroma. Like the vine from which it comes, Sole Uve is not afraid of time, on the contrary, it uses it to mature and develop, in a challenge without losers.
