This single-varietal Gewürztraminer of intense yellow and fine gold reflections is exuberantly aromatic and spicy. The aroma is reminiscent of cloves, lychee and rose petals. An extremely concentrated and structured wine with Mediterranean notes and spicy finish. - Gerardo [TS08/22]

Enosi · Weiß Weinberg Dolomiten IGT 2020

Enosi combines two contrasting heads of character - Riesling and Sauvignon blanc - into an unusual cuvée: the color in the glass is golden yellow with greenish reflections. Carano · Lagrein Riserva DOC 2019

The name Carano comes from the native origin of the Di Pauli family in Val di Fiemme. A single-varietal Lagrein of deep dark color, with notes of cherries, blackberries and plums on the nose. In the drink very juicy, with spicy notes and smooth tannins. Pleasantly soft and round in the finish. - Gerardo [TS08/20]

Exilissi · Gewürztraminer Riserva DOC 2016

This Gewürztraminer is produced annually only in a vanishingly small edition of 2,800 bottles. Exilissi is a wine like liquid light, with a distinct golden yellow color. The Arzio comes from the Arzenhof which was built by Count d'Arsio e Vasio. In the glass, this Cabernet-Merlot blend, reminiscent of a Bordeaux blend, is a brilliant ruby red. The bouquet is complex, with hints of fresh cassis and cranberry, as well as balsamic and earthy notes. Firm and punchy on the palate, with smooth and very fine-grained tannins.
