Die Weinberge der Balsamico-Macher Cattani liegen auf den Modeneser Hügeln, wobei die Trauben für die Gegend typisch sind, wie z.B. die süßen und duftenden Trebbiano-Trauben. Seit nunmehr 30 Jahren handeln wir den Handwerker-Balsamico von Giuseppe Cattani aus Modena. Die Qualität seiner Balsamessige überzeugt uns seitdem beständig, stellen die Cattanis doch bereits seit dem frühem 19. Jahrhundert Balsamico her. Am Rande sei noch erwähnt, dass Cattani durchaus einen Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale herstellt, er jedoch lieber den unter seinen Augen abgefüllten Balsamico in den Vordergrund stellt.
