Cattani's Aceto Balsamico Bianco is made from the sweet must of ripe grapes and retains its light, golden color thanks to gentle cooking under low pressure. Natural fermentation gives it a delicate, fruity aroma that underscores its mild and balanced character. Compared to dark balsamic vinegar, it has a much milder flavor, making it an ideal choice for those who prefer a less dominant acidity. As a relatively recent invention in the long tradition of vinegar production, white balsamic vinegar is an elegant alternative that sets new accents in both appearance and taste.

Its light color makes it a popular ingredient in dishes where a dark vinegar would spoil the overall appearance. It is ideal for summer salads, fish dishes, or light sauces, where it adds freshness and elegance without masking the natural color of the ingredients. Aceto-Balsamico BIANCO

  Giuseppe Cattani's Aceto Balsamico Bianco impresses with its careful organic production and highest quality. It is made from selected grapes and gently processed into a mild white balsamic vinegar. Its light color makes it particularly suitable for dishes where a dark vinegar is not desirable visually, without compromising on taste.

This balsamic vinegar is completely free of additives and preservatives, as its acidity of 5,5% ensures natural stability. Compared to red balsamic vinegar, it has a milder and more delicate aroma, making it particularly suitable for salads, light sauces, or dressings.
