This fine brandy is made from carefully selected Williams-Christ pears, which are fermented under optimal conditions and then distilled in continuous distillation columns and stills. Careful processing at gentle temperatures preserves the intensity of the fruit typical of the variety and produces a distillate of the highest purity.
On the palate, the Williams pear shows itself in its purest form: powerful, precise and without distraction. The distinctive, fruity tip unfolds elegantly and remains present for a long time, while the characteristic sweetness and juiciness of the pear spread out harmoniously.
