Elisabetta Gnudi Angelini owns three wineries in the most important wine-growing regions of Tuscany, but has yet to produce a joint wine. This gap has been filled by the Sangiovese from Caparzo, which is made from grapes from all three estates: Caparzo, Borgo Scopeto and Doga delle Clavule.
