The taste is full-bodied, lush with elegant tannins and a lively finish, supported by a pleasant freshness. Primitivo Palombara is the result of a selective harvest, grape by grape, carried out entirely by hand, and is a great Apulian red wine, a perfect combination, with broad and powerful but soft and flattering tannins. Roundness and softness are the defining characteristics of this complex and elegant wine, a little star of the Apulian winemaking tradition that contains the true soul of Primitivo.

Intense and bright ruby red color. Elegant nose with fruity and floral notes of red fruits such as plums, ripe red cherries, blackberries, red currants and blueberries, with the unmistakable aroma of ripe Primitivo grapes with naturally sun-dried berries, characteristic of the variety.
