Locorotondo is the name of an Italian municipality in Puglia and also the name of a famous white wine of this area. Equal parts of Verdeca and Bianco d'Alessandro give rise to this pleasantly fresh aperitif wine. The color is of a pale, delicate straw yellow. The bouquet is fruity and somewhat reminiscent of hay. Salice Salentino DOC 2021

Classically kept Salice Salentino from predominantly Negroamaro with a small injection of Malvasia Nera. Vigorous ruby color and intense aroma of black and red fruits. Anticaia · Salice Salentino Riserva DOP 2019

The Negroamaro as well as Malvasia Nera grapes for this Salice Salentino Riserva are traditionally raised according to the Alberello system. 'Anticaia' is then aged for 24 months in barrique barrels to develop its unique aroma: the delicate bouquet is reminiscent of fruit under alcohol with subtle notes of spicy herbs and toasted aromas. Bolonero · Castel del Monte Rosso DOC 2019
