A Mano, Puglia
A single varietal Primitivo of strong color with exuberant aroma of ripe red and black berry fruits, with spicy notes. The late harvested grapes ripen and dry on the vine until they partially rosin. Thus made in the style of an appassimento, it is concentrated and opulent on the palate, with great balance. It is elegant, velvety and smooth, with a long finish. - Gerardo [TS02/22]
