The interplay of these different varieties, as well as the yield reduced to 1 kg per vine and the long (9 months) and gentle aging in stainless steel and partly in French tonneaux of 500 liters, give rise to a wine worthy of the name: 'Ars Lyrica' is an artistic poem, both on the nose and on the palate. The wine is pale yellow with light greenish reflections. On the nose, aromas of pink grapefruit, peach and subtle notes of nettle predominate. On the palate, this wine is fresh and juicy, with well-integrated acidity and a good structure, as well as a persistent finish. - Gerardo
