  The “Khopfler” Gewürztraminer from Cantina di Trento in Trentino impresses with its authenticity and vinological care: made from 100% Gewürztraminer grapes, the grapes come from carefully selected slopes with sandy-calcareous soils and good exposure. After gentle grape processing, controlled fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, partly supplemented by a small proportion of barrique aging for refinement, which allows the wine to combine aroma and character simultaneously.

In the glass, Khopfler presents itself with a radiant golden yellow color and subtle orange reflections—a visual echo of its aromatic opulence. The nose reveals intense notes of rose and nutmeg blossoms, exotic lychee, and ripe peaches, accompanied by delicate spice nuances that are characteristic of a typical Gewürztraminer.
