Mozart · Marzemino Trentino DOC 2020

  The Cantina di Trento's “Mozart” Marzemino Trentino is a compelling showcase for the indigenous Marzemino grape variety, cultivated on the sun-drenched slopes of Vallagarina in southern Trentino. The name refers to the historical mention of this variety in Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's opera Don Giovanni - a symbolically charged reference to culture and origin. After hand harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed in stainless steel, with no wood used in the aging process in order to allow the primary fruit and origin to speak for themselves.

In the glass, the wine presents itself in a light ruby color with violet reflections - playful elegance meets fidelity to its origins. The nose reveals aromas of fresh wild berries and the typical violet notes of the Marzemino variety, complemented by a delicate floral spiciness.
