  The “Mori Vecio Riserva” from Cantina di Trento stands out as a majestic red wine from this region - a cuvée made from the noble international grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon, which are rooted in the southern Trentino region in vineyards with mineral-rich limestone and gravel soils. The vinophile craftsmanship focuses on long maceration followed by solid aging in French oak (225 and 500 liter barrels) and further maturation before bottling - a decision that produces distinct structure, depth, and a lasting character.
