Intense straw yellow with subtle golden reflections. Soft foam, persistent delicate mousse; fine and persistent perlage. The nose has a broad and deep bouquet with notes of ripe yellow fruit, candied apricots and a finish with light hints of licorice and brioche bread. On the palate, the wine is characterized by good acidity supported by an excellent structure. The spicy finish gives longevity and excitement to the sip. - Gerardo [TS09/17]
