Straw yellow with discreet greenish reflections. Soft foam, velvety, persistent delicate mousse; fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, fresh apple notes and floral honey, some vineyard peach and a hint of bisque. Of medium complexity, nicely balanced, with lively acidity structure that brings great freshness and introduces a long finish in which the yellow fruit revives. - Gerardo [TS09/20]
