The Merlot Isonzo del Friuli has a rich ruby red color and reveals an inviting bouquet of dark forest fruits, ripe blackberries and a hint of fine spice on the nose. This aromatic density is complemented by an elegant fruity sweetness and subtle nuances of herbs that underline its complexity. It is clear from the very first impression: this Merlot combines typicity with elegance.
On the palate, it is harmonious, well-structured and pleasantly soft. The balanced tannin structure gives it a velvety texture, while the finish is long and round.
