The Cabernet Isonzo del Friuli presents itself in a deep ruby red with violet reflections and impresses with its powerful charisma in the glass. On the nose, it unfolds a multi-layered aroma of dark berries, finely spiced herbs and a subtle hint of paprika, as is typical of the grape variety. These nuances give it an unmistakable, authentic character that is true to both the grape variety and the terroir.
On the palate, the wine is soft, full-bodied and yet elegant. The present, well-integrated tannin structure provides depth and length without being dominant. Its flavor complexity and spiciness make it the ideal accompaniment to strong dishes such as game, braised meat or mature cheese.
