South Tyrolean St. Magdalener is mainly produced from the autochthonous Vernatsch grape. It is considered relatively full-bodied, making it the most powerful wine from the large Vernatsch family. A wine of rich cherry red as well as fruity nose somewhat reminiscent of cherry and bitter almond. Juicy and melting on the palate, soft and round on the finish. - Gerardo [TS12/21]
