Gerardo's Notes: The Merlot grape variety is one of the noble grape varieties and has been native to South Tyrol for over a hundred years. The grapes for this fruity and spicy wine with its light, typical vegetal notes, come from selected vineyards. Bolzano Merlot grows on warm hillsides in the Adige Valley around Bolzano at an altitude of 300 meters.
