The South Tyrolean Gewürztraminer is the flagship of the wine village of Tramin and shines in a straw to golden yellow color. The bouquet enchants with a wide range of aromas: roses, cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg, paired with exotic fruits. Gerardo's Notes: Dieser Gewürztraminer ist ideal als Aperitif und passt hervorragend zu Antipasti mit Fischzutaten, Krustentieren und Aufstrichen. Er ist ein herrlicher Begleiter für pikante und würzige Speisen und harmoniert mit Vorspeisen mit Gemüse oder Hauptspeisen aus weißem Fleisch. Ideal auch für den genussvollen Abschluss mit schmackhaften Käsesorten. Passt ebenfalls sehr gut zu Gebäck, Strudel oder Kuchen.
