Weißburgunder DOC 2021

  The Pinot Bianco from the Tramin Winery is a shining example of the finesse and elegance of South Tyrolean winemaking. This Pinot Bianco, whose grapes come from the hills around Tramin, Auer, and Neumarkt, has a light, greenish-yellow color. The clayey soils with calcareous content and the special microclimate of the region—characterized by sunny days and cool nights—give the wine its characteristic freshness and minerality. After harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks, without malolactic fermentation, in order to preserve their natural freshness.

The bouquet of this Pinot Blanc reveals delicate aromas of green apple, accompanied by nutty nuances and a hint of fresh foliage. On the palate, the wine is dry and full-bodied, with a harmonious balance between body and acidity. Its lively freshness and fine structure make it an ideal accompaniment to light starters, fish dishes, or as an aperitif.
