Pinot Blanc from Tramin is a fresh, fruity white wine with a dry, full-bodied taste. This Pinot-Bianco presents greenish to light yellow color nuances and has an aroma of apple, notes of nuts and green foliage. Very harmonious is the balance of body and acidity. - Gerardo [TS12/22]
Gerardo's Notes: For the optimal ripening of the Pinot Bianco grapes, the strong temperature differences between day and night are crucial: an extreme interplay of meditarrenean days and the cool downdrafts of the mountains during the night hours.
