The South Tyrolean Sauvignon Pepi impresses with its light, straw-yellow color with greenish reflections, which already visually announces its freshness. On the nose, it unfolds a floral scent of elderberry and nettle, accompanied by yellow-fruity aromas of exotic fruits such as mango, which combine harmoniously with peach and gooseberry. On the palate, this Sauvignon from Tramin is lively, refreshing and has a strong acidity that perfectly balances the wine and gives it a clear structure.
