This traditional cuvee of Cabernet-Sauvignon and Cabernet-Franc is aged for several months in large oak barrels. Vivid ruby red color with garnet reflections. The Altkirch presents a beautiful pale yellow color with greenish nuances and a very delicate and noble bouquet. Merlot DOC 2022

Merlot grapes, coming from 30 year old vines in the vineyard south of the village of Margreid, are the secret of this attractive wine. After a controlled maceration around 28 degrees C. in stainless steel vats, it is aged for about 6 months in large Slovenian oak barrels. This is followed by a few months of bottle aging. Pfefferer · Goldmuskateller IGT 2023

The Pfefferer grape is considered one of the oldest grape varieties ever, it is in fact a variation of the Goldmuskateller grape. In South Tyrol and Trentino we find a particularly interesting species, the Pfefferer grape. It is relatively long and partially double-shouldered; the color of the berries is yellow when fully ripe. The bouquet of the grape is spicy, very aromatic, both characteristics that can be found in the wine.
