Sauvignon DOC 2023

  The Sauvignon from the Tramin Winery is a lively expression of South Tyrolean winemaking, embodying the elegance and diversity of the region in every bottle. This wine is made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes that thrive in the calcareous clay soils of the Unterebner vineyard. The special combination of warm days and cool nights gives the grapes their characteristic freshness and aroma. After harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve the purity and freshness of the wine.

In the glass, the Sauvignon presents itself in a bright straw yellow with greenish reflections. The bouquet seduces with aromas of white flowers, ripe apples, and a hint of citrus fruits. On the palate, the wine is harmonious and balanced, with a lively acidity that gives it freshness.
