  The “Terminum” Gewürztraminer Passito from the Tramin Winery is a masterpiece of noble sweet winemaking, captivating with its combination of traditional craftsmanship and natural grape concentration. The grapes remain on the vine until early winter so that noble rot (Botrytis cinerea) can naturally intensify their aromas and concentrate their sweetness. This elaborate process gives the wine an incomparable aromatic density and depth.

In the glass, Terminum presents itself in a golden yellow to amber color and unfolds an intense bouquet of ripe fruits such as peach, apricot, lychee, and mango, accompanied by notes of orange zest, honey, vanilla, and lily. The noble botrytis notes underline the uniqueness of this wine. On the palate, it shows an excellent balance between freshness and sweetness, complemented by a fine minerality. The finish is extremely long and harmoniously balanced.
