Terminum Gewürztraminer is a precious jewel made from noble rot grapes harvested in early winter. Gerardo's Notes: 'To achieve the noble rot of Gewürztraminer grapes, climate, vinification and site selection are crucial: for example, the vineyard is located in a slight hollow and is therefore protected from the Garda south wind, which helps the botrytization of the grapes on the vine.
