Sonntaler comes from the oldest vines of Kurtatsch, which naturally produce low yields of very high quality. The aromatic bouquet is intense and varied, reminiscent of the first fruits of summer: heart cherries, wild strawberries, red currants. The elegant, lean body shows up gripping on the palate. Grainy tannins give the smooth, varietal Grauvernatsch fruitiness a long and juicy finish. - Gerardo [TS07/22]
