Sonntaler is made from the oldest vines of the Kurtatsch winery, which by nature only produce low yields but are of outstanding quality. The bouquet combines aromas of heart cherries, wild strawberries and red currants, reminiscent of the first fruits of summer. The palate reveals an elegant structure that emphasizes the typical freshness and finesse of Grauvernatsch. Fine, grainy tannins lend the delicate, fruity notes a long, juicy finish.
