Granaio Chianti Classico DOCG is a wine of unmistakable authenticity, shaped by the rolling hills between Castellina in Chianti and San Donato in Poggio. It is made predominantly from Sangiovese grapes, complemented by a small proportion of indigenous grape varieties, giving it a depth of character. Its origins are reminiscent of the history of an ancient borgo that once served as a defensive tower and granary—a symbol of tradition, consistency, and the close connection between land and culture.

In the glass, Granaio is fresh and elegant, supported by a lively tannin structure that conveys both power and finesse. Aromas of red fruits, floral notes, and a delicate spiciness blend into a harmonious whole that is particularly suitable as an accompaniment to hearty meat dishes such as the famous Bistecca alla Fiorentina or mature cheeses.
