  The “Graf” Gewürztraminer from the Merano Winery is a white wine that knows no half measures: the grapes come from promising locations around Merano with sandy and gravelly moraine soils, which reveal the delicate origins of this indigenous grape variety. After a short cold maceration to enhance the aroma, the wine ferments in stainless steel tanks and matures for several months on the fine lees—a process that creates a harmonious balance of freshness and elegance.

In the glass, the “Graf” displays a lively straw yellow color with a delicate greenish shimmer - a visual indication of vitality and style. The nose reveals aromas of rose petals, lychee, and lemon balm, accompanied by exotic spices and delicate tropical fruit. On the palate, this fragrancy combines with a noticeable structure and elegant length.
