  The Pinot Bianco “Graf” from the Merano Winery exudes great elegance: grapes from high-altitude, sun-drenched steep slopes around Merano - grown on permeable moraine debris and humus-rich sandy soils - form its origin. In the cellar, alcoholic fermentation takes place in tonneaux and small oak barrels, followed by storage on the fine lees. This careful vinification gives the wine a delicate structure, beautiful depth, and substance without losing its freshness and lightness.

In the glass, it displays an illuminating green-yellow color, a visual indication of vitality and varietal character. The nose reveals fresh aromas of green apple, citrus notes, and delicate pear, accompanied by a hint of buttery texture and elegant wood notes. On the palate, the Graf is soft yet present: clear fruit, finely integrated wood spice, and a lively texture combine to create a harmonious overall impression.
