  Palari's Rosso del Soprano presents itself in the glass with an intense ruby red color with violet reflections that emphasize its fruitiness and youthful vitality. The nose reveals a complex bouquet of dark berries such as blackberries, cherries, and mulberries, accompanied by spicy nuances of black pepper, cinnamon, and a hint of Mediterranean herbs. The mineral notes are reminiscent of Sicily's volcanic soils, which give the wine its special depth and expression of terroir.

On the palate, Rosso del Soprano is powerful yet supple, with well-integrated tannins that give the wine structure and balance. The lively acidity supports the fruity aromas and provides freshness, while the finish is long, harmonious, and elegant. Particularly noteworthy is the use of the indigenous Nero d'Avola and Nerello Mascalese grape varieties, which are typical of Sicily and give this wine its characteristic aroma, richness, and authenticity.
