Straw yellow color with light green reflections. In the nose apple notes, typical of wines from high altitudes. Well discernible mineral notes reminiscent of mint. The primary aromas evolve with time. Acidity and freshness, as befits the wines of Etna. Long and persistent, full-bodied. - Gerardo [TS08/22]

Gerardo's Notes: This wine is the fruit of the Feudo Mezzo winery, located in the heart of the Etna wine region. It is made from Carricante grapes, partially fermented in barriques, and offers a contemporary interpretation of this noble grape variety grown in the wonderful and unique terroir of Etna.
