The “Templum” presents itself as a seductive Moscato from Terracina in a lovely version that shines in the glass with a radiant golden yellow. The bouquet is intense and multi-faceted, characterized by aromas of ripe apricots and exotic fruits that paint a warm, inviting picture. The Moscato grapes ripen on the vine until well into October, developing a rich sweetness and concentrated aromas.
On the palate, Templum is fine, balanced and has a lively freshness that harmoniously balances the natural sweetness. This elegant sweet wine does not require elaborate drying or barrel ageing, yet still offers astonishing depth and finesse.
