Gerardo's Notes: Die Cannonau Trauben dieser hochwertigen Version stammen aus den Weinbergen von Maristella und Guardia Grande. Der kalkhaltige Boden ist reich an Sand und eisenhaltigem Lehm, welcher die beste Reifung gewährleistet. Der Wein vervollständigt seine sorgfältige Herstellung in Holzweinfässern aus Allier. Die endgültige Verfeinerung in der Flasche bringt schließlich die wertvollen Aromen hervor.
