Already in 1989 the most famous wine of the winery St. Michael-Eppan is born. For over 30 years, the Sauvignon Sanct Valentin has been maturing in selected plots on the slopes of the Mendel Mountains. The result: a complex wine of the highest quality. With its seductive fruity notes, incomparable minerality and long finish, it has always been the most important representative of the Sanct Valentin line and also one of the most awarded white wines in Italy. - Gerardo [TS06/24]
