The South Tyrolean Pinot Blanc Schulthauser is one of the flagships of the St. Michael-Eppan winery and impressively demonstrates the quality potential of South Tyrolean white wines. With its lively straw yellow color and greenish reflections, it shines in the glass. The bouquet captivates with fruity aromas of apple, apricot and pear, accompanied by fine cedar wood tones. On the palate, the wine reveals a perfect balance between velvety softness and racy acidity, giving it a special elegance and finesse. Gerardo's Notes: Pinot Blanc, South Tyrol's most important grape variety, has awoken from its slumber and become the region's parade wine. Schulthauser is the classic among South Tyrolean Pinot Blancs, it was first vinified and bottled as early as 1986. It is not a loud drop, but a perfect, fine-fruity-fresh Pinot Blanc, which seduces at the same time with creamy softness and racy acidity to enjoy.
