The grapes for the Pinot Blanc St. Valentin come from the best sites in Eppan Berg: Clear, straw-yellow color with light greenish nuances. Intense fruity aromas of ripe apples and pears, melons and a hint of fine vanilla. Fresh and lively on the palate, yet concentrated and powerful, of particular finesse. - Gerardo [TS06/20]

Gerardo's Notes: Since 2001, Pinot Blanc has been part of the Sanct Valentin top line. Minimal yields from carefully selected single vineyards vouch for the fact that from the long underestimated grape a lively and powerful top wine is pressed. Aged in wood, it impresses on the one hand with its power and fullness, and on the other hand with its clarity and mineral finesse. Its longevity speaks for its extraordinary quality.
