Collio Rosso Andritz embodies the harmonious combination of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, which was originally developed in France and enjoys great popularity in Italy. With this wine, the Sturm family demonstrates how this classic combination can produce a long-lasting red wine with a strong character. Its color is a bright ruby red, interspersed with violet inclusions, which already arouse anticipation in the glass.
A broad spectrum of aromas unfolds on the nose, combining ripe red fruit with exotic spices and complemented by intense notes of dried fruit and liquorice. On the palate, the Collio Rosso Andritz is extremely complex and harmonious, with flavours of blueberries, cooked plums and dried figs. Subtle accents of coffee and cocoa lend the wine a long-lasting finish that impressively underlines its quality and depth. - Gerardo
