The Franciacorta 'Numerozero' is the emblem of Villa Crespia. Since the first harvest of the winery, it is the symbol of the philosophy of the Muratori brothers and comes entirely without dosage. Characteristic is the fine and persistent perlage, as well as the rich, floral and fruity bouquet with notes of broom and lime. On the palate, very dry and of noticeable acidity - both factors which contribute to the freshness of the 'Numzero'. It is the Franciacorta to eat and accompanies any kind of food in an excellent way. - Gerardo

Gerardo's Notes: 'The vineyard Chardonnay sites selected for 'Numerozero' are Caneva, Corte, Crespia, Gazzolo, Pozzolo, Rampaneto, Valla, Valli and Pozzolo. Their number alone results in a variety of aromas that can be found in the base wine. It is the Franciacorta of Villa Crespa, which enjoys the highest reputation and is the jewel of the winery. Due to the lack of dosage, it has a distinctly dry taste, therefore wonderfully refreshing and very suitable to accompany festive menus.
