Chelucci Reginette, whose name is reminiscent of 'little queens', are elegant ribbon-like noodles defined by their characteristically wavy edges. In the tradition of the Chelucci manufactory, these noodles are crafted from the best Tuscan durum wheat semolina and pure spring water, with old craftsmanship techniques playing a central role. The use of bronze dies gives the surface a microscopically fine roughness that ensures optimal sauce adhesion, while the particularly gentle and slow drying at low temperatures preserves the natural aroma of the grain.
