This fine liqueur is made from fully ripe plums, whose aromas are extracted using a gentle maceration process. Careful processing preserves the natural sweetness of the fruit while creating a harmonious balance between fruit, fine spice and a subtle hint of bitter almond.
An intense aroma of juicy plums and dried fruit unfolds on the nose, accompanied by hints of roasted nuts, almonds and fine marzipan.
