The Nocellara Etnea impresses with its medium-fruity profile, which is characterized by delicate nuances of freshly cut grass and artichoke. These aromas open with a fresh and lively entry that is characterized by its finesse. A harmonious combination of subtle bitterness and gentle spiciness develops on the palate, elegantly underlining the characteristic taste of walnut and chestnut. Originating from the fertile slopes of the northern side of Mount Etna, Nocellara Etnea is characterized by the mineral soils of this region, which give the oil an unmistakable complexity and depth.
