  Pratto Vino Bianco from Ca' dei Frati is a characterful white wine from southern Lombardy that reflects the diversity and elegance of the region. The cuvée combines Turbiana, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc, resulting in a harmonious interplay of fruit, freshness, and minerality. The grapes come from vineyards around southern Lake Garda, in soils rich in limestone that offer good drainage. After hand harvesting, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging on the fine lees to intensify the aromas and refine the structure.

In the glass, Pratto Vino Bianco presents itself in a brilliant straw yellow color. The bouquet unfolds aromas of tropical fruits such as peach and apricot, complemented by floral notes and a subtle herbal spice typical of Sauvignon Blanc. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied with a balanced acidity and a fine minerality that gives it length and elegance.
