Gerardo's Notes: The grapes harvested fully ripe in mid-October and very good soils allow a well-structured wine with great potential for aging. The nose reveals notes of ripe fruit, peaches, yellow apples, blooming roses and fresh balsamic notes. The palate is enveloped by a resolute flavor which retains all its freshness and elegance. Ideal with winter soups, legumes and pasta with white sauces, white meat and poultry, medium aged cheeses, long and rich cooked fish and shellfish.
