  The single-varietal Chardonnay from Ca' Lojera in Lombardy exudes clarity and sovereignty right from the start: Cultivated on the chalky, clay-rich soils near Lake Garda, the grapes undergo gentle processing - the mash fermentation takes place quickly, followed by aging partly in stainless steel tanks and partly in large wooden barrels - a process that brings both freshness and structure to the glass. Its name, “Monte della Guardia,” evokes an image of views and watchfulness—a wine that reflects its origin and craftsmanship with alert senses.

In the glass, it appears light golden yellow with delicate greenish hues - a visual indication of its youth and liveliness. The nose reveals a bouquet of ripe yellow fruit such as peach and mirabelle plum, accompanied by subtle floral notes and a delicate spiciness that hints at a gentle woodiness.
