Pecorino Casa Montori is a fresh, uncomplicated interpretation of the traditional grape variety from Abruzzo. It shines in the glass in a clear light yellow and seduces with a fruity bouquet reminiscent of tropical fruit, citrus and grapefruit in particular. This aromatic clarity makes it very inviting on the nose.
On the palate, the wine is lively and straightforward, with a pleasant freshness and a slender, harmonious body.
