Excellent Valpolicella Superiore vinified in November after partial drying of the grapes. Deep garnet red color. Elegant bouquet with aromas of ripe cherries, exotic spices and fragrant cedar. In the mouth dry, full and rich flavor, with a very pleasant bitter finish. - Gerardo [TS05/22]
